RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE APPLICATION
BY PRAIRIE RAPIDS II, LLC, FOR THE IOWA WORKFORCE
HOUSING TAX CREDIT PROGRAM TO CONSTRUCT
FORTY-EIGHT (48) NEW HOUSING UNITS LOCATED NEAR
THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF KIMBALL AVENUE AND
RIDGEWAY AVENUE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the City Council of the City of Waterloo supports the application by Prairie Rapids II, LLC, for
the Iowa Workforce Housing Tax Credit Program to construct forty-eight (48) new housing units
located near the southeast corner of Kimball Avenue and Ridgeway Avenue, with up to
$240,000.00 in matching city funds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May 2023.
