TO THE "R-4,R-P" PLANNED RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO
ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 9,307 SQUARE
FEET (23 STALL) PARKING GARAGE AT 1117 MAXHELEN
BOULEVARD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS
FOLLOWS:
That the request of South Hills Senior Living, LLC, for a site plan amendment to the"R-4,R-
P" Planned Residence District"to allow for the construction of a 9,307 square feet(23 stall)parking
garage at 1117 Maxhelen Boulevard, and legally described as follows:
LOT NO.1 AND LOT NO. 2 IN GUERNSEY PARK, WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
shall be and is hereby approved.
