AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LEVERSEE ROAD AND
HYPER DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS
FOLLOWS:
That the request of Tony Fischels, for a site plan amendment to the"M-2,P"Planned
Industrial District, located at the southeast corner of Leversee Road and Hyper Drive,to construct a
new 50,400 square foot office/warehouse building, and legally described as follows:
WATERLOO AIR AND RAIL PARK 2ND ADDITION WATERLOO LOTS 1 AND 2 AS
RECORDED IN COUNTY RECORDERS FILE 2022-00012201 EXCEPT THE SOUTH
145' THEREOF, CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA
