OF 115 EAST RIDGEWAY AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS
FOLLOWS:
That the request of Levi Architecture,on behalf of Starbucks, for a site plan amendment to
the"S-1" SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT LOCATED NORTH OF 115 EAST RIDGEWAY
AVENUE, to construct an approximately 2,200 square foot coffee shop, and legally described as
follows:
SCHOlTZ ADDITION LOT 2, CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA
shall be and is hereby approved.
INTRODUCED: April 3, 2023
PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: April 3, 2023
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: April 3,2023
