RESOLUTION NO. 2023-304
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPORT FOR SUBMISSION OF
INTENDED USE PLAN FOR CIPP PHASE IVB, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
submission of the Intended Use Plan for CIPP Phase IVB, is hereby approve, and the Mayor
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May 2023.
