RESOLUTION NO. 2023-324
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CLOVERDALE PARK
LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE BLACK HAWK COUNTY
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, IN THE AMOUNT OF $1.00, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the lease agreement dated June 6, 2023 between the Black Hawk County Board of
Supervisors and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for property located at the corner of Longfellow
Street and Midland Street, otherwise known as Cloverdale Park, in the amount of $1.00 per year,
for a term ending June 30, 2026, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May 2023.
