RESOLUTION NO. 2023-327
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH HRGREEN
TO CONDUCT A PHASE I ENVIRONMENTAL SITE
ASSESSMENT ON FOUR (4) PARCELS OWNED BY BLACK
HAWK MACHINERY SALES, INC., GENERALLY LOCATED
AT OR ADJACENT TO 54 LANE STREET, IN AN AMOUNT
NOT TO EXCEED $3,900.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Professional Services Agreement, dated May 15, 2023, by and between HR Green of Cedar
Rapids, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $3,900.00, to conduct a Phase I
Environmental Site Assessment on four (4) parcels owned by Black Hawk Machinery Sales, Inc.,
generally located at or adjacent to 54 Lane Street, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May 2023.
