RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH SNYDER & ASSOCIATES AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 1, dated July 26, 2010, at a cost
not to exceed $62,565.00, to Agreement on Resolution No. 2009-
1158, dated November 23, 2009, for the F.Y. 2010 Ridgeway Avenue
and LaPorte Road Connection, Contract No. 775, by and between
Snyder & Associates of Ankeny, Iowa and the City of Waterloo
Iowa, be and the same is hereby
Clerk authorized to execute the
Waterloo, Iowa.
