Expenditure: New condensing unit, evaporator & installation parts for Young Arena walk-in
cooler. Installation by City's building maintenance department staff.

Approve the project budget for the FY2023 Capital Fund Grant for Ridgeway Towers
Apartments in the amount of $85,898.00, as submitted by the Housing Authority.
BILLS PAYMENT - May 8, 2023 and May 15, 2023.

that the Bills Payment, as contained in the Accounts Payable Invoice Report dated May 8, 2023
in the amount of $3,396,270.23, and May 15, 2023 in the amount of $1,294,702.71, be
