RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated July 26, 2010, at a cost of
$1,000,000.00, with a $600,000.00 local match, for the
development and completion of the F.Y. 2011 Riverfront
Renaissance North Downtown Trail, Contract No. 786, along the
north bank of the Cedar River between E. Mullan Avenue and the
Cedar River Dam, by and between the Iowa Department of
Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of July, 2010.
