ORDINANCE NO. 2 6 2 2
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 38 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF
SAID ORDINANCE, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA :
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 37 of said
section, the following Sub-Section Thirty-eight (38) :
"38 moot.; 53 and 54 in Southgate Third Addition
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa ,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa , as "R-4" Multiple
Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as ''S-1"
Shopping Center as above described".
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa .
