ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 41 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF
SAID ORDINANCE, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA :
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be
further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 40 of said section,
the following Sub-Section Forty-one (41) :
"41 The North Four hundred ninety-nine and four-
tenths (499.4) feet of the Northeast Quarter
of the Northeast Quarter of Section Eleven
(11) , Township Eighty-nine (89) North, Range
Thirteen (13) West of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa , except the West One hundred
(100) feet and except that part deeded to the
State of Iowa filed in Deed Book 485, Page 311.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa , as "A-1" Agricultural
District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-1" Commercial Dis-
trict as above described. "
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa .
