ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 42 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF SAID ORD-
INANCE, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 41 of said
section, the following Sub-Section Forty-two(42)
"42 A tract of land in Waterloo, Iowa, commencing at the inter-
section of the center line of East Shaulis Road and the
Westerly boundary of the right of way of the Chicago, Rock
Island and Pacific Railway Co. ; thence Northwesterly along
said Westerly boundary of the right of way of the Chicago,
Rock Island and Pacific Railway Co. to its intersection
with the North-South centerline of Section 7-Township 88
North-Range 12 West of the 5th P.M. ; thence South along
said centerline to a point that is 195 feet North of the
South line of said section; thence West 520 feet; thence
South 195 feet to the South line of said section; thence
East along the South line of said section to the point
of beginning,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1" Agricultural
District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-2" One and Two Family
Residence District as above described."
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
