ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 43 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF SAID ORD-
INANCE, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No . 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 42 of said
section, the following Sub-Section Forty-three (43)
"43 The South 5 .41 chains (3 )7 .06 ') of the West 18 . 50 chains
(1,221 feet) of the Southwest Fractional Cuarter of Section
No. Seven (7) , Township No. Eighty-eight (88) North, Range
No. Thirteen (13) West of the Fifth (5th) Principal Meridian,
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, excepting
any legal nighways , and except that part thereof lying
Northwesterly of the following described line:
Commencing at a point on the West Line of said Section that
is 33 feet North of the Southwest corner of said Section:
thence North 36 degrees two minutes East a distance of
400 .73 feet to the North line of the South 5 .41 chains
(357 .06 feet) of the West 18.50 chains (1,221 feet) of
said Section,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1" Agricultural
District , be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-4" Multiple Residence
District as above described."
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and ne is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa .
