Tnat Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 43 of said section, the following Sub-Section Forty-four (44) : "44 To "R-3" Multiple Residence District The South 630 feet of a parcel of land located in the South- east Quarter of Section 3, Township 88 North, Range 13 West of the 5th P.M. in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows : Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter thence South 00 09 ' 15" OpWest along the East line of said Southeast Quarter a distance of 495 feet; thence South 890 32 ' West along a line that is parallel with the North line of said Southeast Quarter a distance of 1360.6 feet to the point of beginning; thence 4 South 89° 32' West a distance of 600 feet; thence South 0° 05 ' 30" West a distance of 890 feet; thence North 89° m ° L 32 ' East a distance of 600 feet; thence North 00 05 ' 30" r.
