ORDINANCE NO.
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 45 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF
SAID ORDINANCE, RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 44 of
said section, the following Sub-Section Forty-five (45) :
"45 Lots 5, 6 and 7. in Auditor Rainbow 's Plat of
Cooley 's Sub-division in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-3" Multiple
Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-2" Com-
mercial District as above described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby direc-
ted to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
