AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PART OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK
4, ORIGINAL PLAT, WATERLOO, IOWA, EAST SIDE OF THE
CEDAR RIVER IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
1 . That the alley described as:
The Northwesterly Ten (10) feet of the Southeasterly
One Hundred Ten (110) feet of Lots Nos. Five (5)
Eight (8) and Nine (9) in Block No. Four (4) in the
Original Plat on the East Side of the Cedar River
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby, vacated.
