THE SOUTH ONE-HALF OF A 120' DEAD END EAST-
WEST ALLEY IN BLOCK 7 , RUSSELL HEIGHTS ADDI-
TION, ON THE EAST SIDE OF WEST ELEVENTH STREET
BETWEEN PATTON AVENUE AND MITCHELL AVENUE, IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA , AS FOLLOWS :
The East-West alley in Block 7, Russell Heights
Addition in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa ,
shall be, and the same is hereby, vacated.
Passed and adopted this 25th day of June, 1973.
