AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALL ALLEYS IN A SQUARE
BLOCK ORIGINALLY KNOWN AS BLOCK 7, ORIGINAL
PLAT OF WEST WATERLOO (BOUND BY COMMERCIAL
STREET ON THE NORTHEAST, WEST FOURTH STREET ON
THE SOUTHEAST, JEFFERSON STREET ON THE SOUTH-
WEST AND WEST PARK AVENUE ON THE NORTHWEST) ,
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA , AS
FOLLOWS :
That the alleys described as :
All alleys in a square block originally known
as Block 7, Original Plat of West Waterloo
(bound by Commercial Street on the Northeast,
West Fourth Street on the Southeast, Jefferson
Street on the Southwest and West Park Avenue
on the Northwest) , in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa ,
shall be, and the same are hereby, vacated.
