ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 46 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF
SAID ORDINANCE, RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE
- CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended , be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 45 of
said section, the following Sub-Section Forty-six (46) :
"46 Lots 66, 67 , 68 and 69 Dixon Place Fourth Addition
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa ,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa , as "R-1" One and Two
Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-4"
Multiple Residence District as above described .?
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby di-
rected to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder
of Black Hawk County, Iowa .
