ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 47 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF
SAID ORDINANCE, RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA :
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended , be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 46 of
said section, the following Sub-Section Forty-Seven (47) :
"47 Lots 479 and 480 in Pleasant View Addition in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa ,
except that part conveyed for highway purposes,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa , as "R-2" One and Two
Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-2"
Commercial District as above described . "
Section 2. That the City Clerk be , and he is hereby di-
rected to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder
of Black Hawk County, Iowa .
Passed and adopted this 23rd day of July, 1973.
