ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 247), AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 48 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF
SAID ORDINANCE, RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
section L. That section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 47 of
said section, the following Sub-Section Forty-Eight (48) :
"46 Lots 6 and / in Block. 2 of Coles Addition in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on tree Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa , as "R-4" Multiple
Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-1"
Commercial District as above described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby ai-
rected to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder
of Black Hawk County , Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 6th day of August, 1973.
