AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALL THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 16,
ALL OF CLINTON STREET BETWEEN BLOCKS 16 AND 17,
AND ALL OF CLINTON STREET BETWEEN BLOCKS 1 AND 2,
RIVERVIEW ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, AS FOLLOWS:
All the alley in Block 16, all of Clinton Street
between Blocks 16 and 17 , and all of Clinton Street
between Blocks 1 and 2 in Riverview Addition in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is nereby, vacated.
