ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 51 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF SAID
ORDINANCE, RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479 , as amended,
be fur .her amended by adding; after Sub-Section No. 50 of said section,
. <the fo _lowing Sub-Section Fifty-one (51) :
"51. Lot 1, in Block 1 of Cole 's Second Addition in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
now zored on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-4" Multiple Resi-
dence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-I" Commercial
District as above described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
