BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: Section 1 . That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479 , as amended, be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 51 of said section, the following Sub-Section Fifty-two (52) : "52 That part of Tract C, Southridge, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows : Beginning at the southwest corner of Tract C, Southridge, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa; thence north 549 .81 feet along the most westerly boundary of said Tract C to the center line of Rachael Street extended; thence east 160.00 feet along the centerline of Rachael Street ex- tended to the centerline of Colby Street extended; thence south 54) .62 feet along the centerline of Colby Street extended to the south line of Tract C; thence west 160.00 feet along the south line of Tract C to the point of beginning. now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-I" Agricultural District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-2" One and Two Family Residence District as above described.
