ORDINANCE NO.
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 53 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF
SAID ORDINANCE, RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479 , as
amended, be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 52 of
said section, the following Sub-Section Fifty-three (53) .
"53 - Lots 1 , 2 and 3 in Gronberg Addition in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1" Agri:ultural
District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "M-1" Light Industrial
District as above described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be , and he is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County , Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 17th day of September , 1973.
