ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 54 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF SAID
ORDINANCE, RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 247=9, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 53 of said section,
the following Sub-Section Fifty-four (54):
"54 A parcel of land located in the S le of SW of Sec 3-88-13,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 13, Broo :eridge,
Waterloo, Iowa; thence N 00 01 ' W a distance of 324.96
feet; thence S. 89° 31 ' 11" W. a distance of 540 feet;
thence Southwesterly along a curve concave Southeasterly
and having a radius of 270.00 feet a distance of 424.12
feet; thence S. 00 28 ' 49" E. a distance of 26.10 feet to
the Northerly line of East San Marnan Drive; thence Easterly
along said Northerly tine a distance of 807.83 feet to the
point of beginning,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1" Agricultural
District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-1" Commercial District
as above described."
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed
to tile a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
