AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALL EASEMENTS AND EASEMENT
AREAS IN TRACT A AND IN LOTS 30, 31, 32 AND 33
AS SET OUT AND SHOWN IN THE PLAT AND DEED OF
DEDICATION OF SOUTHRIDGE, WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA, LYING SOUTH OF AN EAST-WEST LINE
RUNNING THROUGH A POINT ON THE EAST LINE OF LOT
30 IN SAID SOUTHRIDGE THAT IS 113 FEET SOUTH OF
THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 30.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, as
follows :
1 . That all easements and easement areas in
Tract A and in Lots 30, 31, 32 and 33 as set
out and shown in the Plat and. Deed of Dedica-
tion o : Southridge, Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa , lying South of an East-West line running
through a point on the East line of Lot 30 in
said Southridge that is 113 feet South of the
Northeast corner of said Lot 30, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, shall be, and the same are
hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted this 22nd day of October, 1973.
