AN ORDINANCE VACATING A 20' PLATTED ALLEY RUNNING
NORTHWESTERLY FROM WYOMING STREET AND PARALLEL
WITH LAFAYETTE STREET, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS THE
EAST-WEST ALLEY IN BLOCK 5, COTTON'S ADDITION IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA as
follows :
1. That the 20 foot platted alley which runs
Northwesterly from Wyoming Street and para-
llel with Lafayette Street, legally described
as the East - West Alley in Block 5 of Cotton's
Addition in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa , shall be and the same is hereby
vacated .
Passed and adopted this 22nd day of October , 1973.
