AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A RUN-OFF ELECTION
BETWEEN THE TWO CANDIDATES RECEIVING THE LARGEST
NUMBER OF VOTES IN WARD 4 IN THE 1973 MUNICIPAL
ELECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that:
A municipal run-off election for the office of Councilman of the 4th Ward
will be held on Tuesday, November 20th, 1973, in the 4th Ward of the City
of Waterloo, County of Black Hawk, State of Iowa, between the two candidates
receiving the largest number of votes case in the regular 1973 municipal
election as certified by the Black Hawk County Commissioner of Elections.
