AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE EIGHT (8) FEET WIDE
EASEMENT RUNNING 55, 5 FEET SOUTH FROM THE SOUTH
LINE OF COACHMAN DRIVE ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF
LOT 79 , CARRIAGE HILL SECOND ADDITION, IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, as follows :
1. That the eight (8) feet wide easement running 55. 5
feet South from the South line of Coachman Drive along the East
side of Lot 79 , Carriage Hill Second Addition, in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, shall be and the same is hereby
vacated.
