AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALL OF MANHARD STREET
LYING NORTH OF THE NORTH LINE OF BECK AVENUE
TO THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF THE CHICAGO ROCK
ISLAND AND PACIFIC RAILROAD R.O.W. , AND ALL
OF THE EXISTING NORTH-SOUTH ALLEY IN BLOCK 20,
WESTFIELD ADDITION, IN THE WESTFIELD-VIRDEN
URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT IOWA R-7 AREA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA as
follows :
1 . That,
All of Manhard Street lying North of
the North line of Beck Avenue to the
Southerly line of the Chicago Rock
Island and Pacific Railroad R.O.W. ,
and
All of the existing North-South alley
in Block 20, Westfield Addition in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa ,
shall be, and the same is , hereby vacated .
