ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 56 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF
SAID ORDINANCE, RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA :
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended , be further amended by adding atter Sub-Section No. 55 of
said section, the following Sub-Section Fifty-six (56) :
"56 A parcel of land located in the S1 of SW'k of Sec 3-38-13,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa , described as follows :
The West 2 of the Northwest fractional k of
Section 1, Township 38 North, Range 14 West
of the 5th Principle Meridian containing ap-
proximately 50. 76 acres
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa , as "A-1" Agricultural
District, be and the same is hereby zoned as Y"M-2, P" Planned In-
dustrial District as above described . "
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa .
