WEST EIGHTH STREET AND THE WEST LINE OF WEST NINTH STREET,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA ,
AS FOLLOWS
All that part of Bourland Avenue lying South of Mitchell
Avenue between the East line of West Eighth Street and
the West line of West Ninth Street in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa .
