ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 57 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF SAID
ORDINANCE, RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479 , as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub=Section No . 56 of said section,
the following Sub-Section Fifty-seven (57) :
"57 All that part of the following described real estate
not presently zoned "C-2" Commercial, to be re-zoned"C-2" Commercial :
Commencing at the NW Corner of the NE Fractional 3
of Section 2-88-13, Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa; thence East along the North line of said Frac-
tional 4, which is also the center line of Ridgeway
Avenue, Waterloo, a distance of 319 . 3 feet; thence
S. 00 2 ' 45" W. a distance of 50. 00 feet to the point
of beginning; thence S . 89° 54' 56" E . parallel with
said North line a distance of 705 , 00 feet to the
esterly Right-of-Way line of Iowa Highway 412 !

Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
