ORDINANCE NO. 2665
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 58 TO
SECTION 2A-5 OF SAID ORDINANCE, RE-ZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No.
2479, as amended, be further amended by adding after Sub-
Section No. 57 of said section, the following Sub-Section
Fifty-eight (58) :
"58 Lots 54, 55 and 56 in Brookeridge
First Addition in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-4"
Multiple Residence District, be and thersame is hereby
zoned as "C-1" Commercial District as above described. "
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is
hereby directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance
with the Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 27th day of December, 1973.
