AN ORDINANCE ABOLISHING THE OFFICE OF DIRECTOR
OF PUBLIC WORKS BY REPEALING CHAPTER 2, SECTIONS
131, 132, 133, 134, 135 and 136 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES, CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Chapter 2, Sections 131, 132, 133, 134, 135 and 136 of the
Code of Ordinances, City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby repealed,
thereby abolishing the Office of Director of Public Works as a
part of the Municipal Government structure of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
