ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 59 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF SAID ORDIN-
ANCE, RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 58 of said section,
the following Sub-Section Fifty-nine (59) :
"59 All of the Northwest k of the Southwest of Section 28,
Township 89 North, Range 13 West of the 5th Principal
Meridian in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa
except the South 792 feet, the East 80 feet , the West 120
feet and dedicated streets ,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1" Agricultural
District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-3, R-P" Planned Resi-
dence District as above described. "
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
