RESOLUTION APPROVING A BOND COUNSEL
ENGAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH AHLERS AND
COONEY, IN CONJUNCTION WITH NOT TO EXCEED
$60,000,000 COMMUNICATIONS UTILITY REVENUE
CAPITAL LOAN NOTES AND TAXABLE
COMMUNICATIONS UTILITY REVENUE CAPITAL LOAN
NOTES FOR WORKING CAPITAL, AND AUTHORIZE THE
EXECUTION OF SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS UTILITY BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Bond Counsel Engagement Agreement with
Ahlers and Cooney, in conjunction with not to exceed $60,000,000 Communications Utility
Revenue Capital Loan Notes and taxable Communications Utility Revenue Capital Loan Notes,
for working capital for the utility, is hereby approved and execution of said document is hereby
authorized and directed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of March 2023.
