ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 62 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF SAID
ORDINANCE, RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended,
be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 61 of said section,
the following Sub-Section Sixty-two (62) :
"62 From "R-3" Multiple Residence District to "R-4" Multiple
Residence District :
The West 160 feet of Tract B, Southridge in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
From "R-2" One and Two Family Residenc, District to "R-3"
Multiple Residence District:
The East 474 feet of that portion of Tract C, Southridge
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, lying
South of Rachael Street ,
From "A-1" Agricultural District to "R-2" One and Two Family
Residence District:
Tract D, Southridge in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-3" Multiple Resi-
dence District, "R-2" One and Two Family Residence District and "A-1"
Agricultural District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-4" Multiple
Residence District, "R-3" Multiple Residence District and "R-2" One and
Two Family Residence District, respectively as above described. "
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
