ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS AMENDED BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 63 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF SAID ORDINANCEµ RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
