BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, 1. That the excess easement in part of 3-88N-13W which the City received due to a typogrpphical error in the original 1. ;a1 description in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as fully described in the public notice in the Waterloo Daily Courier on April 25 and May 2: , 1974, described as follows: A part of the West Half of the Northwest Fractional Quarter of Section 3, Township 88 North, Range 13, West of the 5th P.M. , in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as commencing at a point on the Southerly line of Ridgeway Avenue which is 115.45 feet West of the East line of said West Fractional Half of said Northwest Quarter; thence South along the West line of Crestview Second Addition a distance of 200 feet; thence South 89° 58 ' West a distance of 370 feet; thence North a distance of 200 feet to the South line of Ridgeway Avenue; thence East along the Southerly line of Ridgeway Avenue a dis- tance of 370 feet to the point of beginning, except the East 150 feet and except the West 110 feet and except the South 16 feet thereof, shall be, and the same is hereby, vacated.
