AN ORDINANCE VACATING FOR RELOCATION PURPOSES A PART OF
MURPHY ROAD LYING SOUTH OF HIGHWAY NO. 412 AND EAST OF
HAMMOND AVENUE, IN SECTIONS 11 AND 2-88-13, IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
That for relocation purposes,
All that part of Murphy Road lying in the Northwest k
of the Northwest J4 of Section 11, Township 88 North,
Range 13 West of the 5th PM and in the Southwest k of the
Southwest k of Section 2, Township 88 North, Range 13
West of the 5tn PM, except the East 260.0 feet thereof,
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby, vacated.
