AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALL OF BRENDER STREET LYING SOUTH
OF THE SOUTH LINE OF UPTON AVENUE AND NORTH OF THE NORTH
LINE OF BAUCH STREET, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows;
That all of Brender Street lying south of the south
line of Upton Avenue and north of the north line of
Bauch Street in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is, hereby vacated.
