BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, as follows : All of Water Street lying between the North- westerly line of East Fourth Street and the Southeasterly line of East Park Avenue in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa shall be, and the same is , hereby vacated.
