ORDINANCE NO. pC ( 4-
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2644, KNOWN AS
THE TRAFFIC ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
BY REPEALING SECTION 545 THEREOF ESTABLISHING YIELD
STREETS, AND BY ENACTING NEW SECTION 545 ESTABLISHING
YIELD STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Section 545, entitled "Yield Streets", of Ordinance No. 2644, known as
the Traffic Ordinance is hereby repealed; that new Section 545 entitled
"Yield Streets" is hereby enacted as follows:
Sec. 545 YIELD STREETS.
The following streets and portions of streets when properly signposted
shall be known as yield streets:
STREET PORTION OF STREET DESIGNATED AS A YIELD STREET
(1) Bayard Street Williston Avenue to Byron Avenue
(2) Bishop Avenue Osage Avenue to Independence Avenue
(3) Bourland Avenue LaPorte Road to Wisconsin Street
(4) Bratnober Broadway Street to Lincoln Street
(5) Byron Avenue Vermont Street to Kimball Avenue
(6) Cataract Avenue Saratoga Drive to the westerly end of Cataract Avenue
(7) City View Street Newell to Nicholas
(8) Colorado Street Lafayette Street to Independence Avenue
(9) Cornwall Avenue Wisconsin Street to LaPorte Road
(10) Edwards Street Logan Avenue to Broadway Street
(11) Elm Street Independence Avenue to Franklin Street
(12) Hillcrest Road West Ridgeway Avenue to south end of Hillcrest Road
(13) Huntington Road Black Hawk Road to Lansing Road
(14) Inverness Road Olympic Drive Through Doral Drive
(15) Ivanhoe Road Kimball Avenue to westerly end of Midlothian Blvd.
(16) Kingbard Boulevard West Fourth Street to Fletcher Avenue
(17) Linden Avenue Lafayette Street to Fowler Street
(18) Loralin Drive Ora Drive to Rachael Street
(19) Lorraine Avenue LaPorte Road to Wisconsin Street
(20) Louise Street (East) East Fourth Street to Logan Avenue
