S i r+ ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 64 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF SAID ORD- INANCE, RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 63 of said section, the following Sub-Section Sixty-four (64) : li6/ All that part of the following described ro ert P p y not now zoned "R-4" Multiple Residence District to be rezoned "R-4" Multiple Residence District except that part lying 500 feet Northwesterly of and parallel to the present Highway No. 412 right-of-way. The East Seven Hundred Eighty-five and Four Tenths (785.4) feet of the West One Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-one (1221) feet and the South Sixty (60) feet of the North One Hundred Seventy-five (175) feet of the West Four Hundred Thirty-five and Six Tenths (435.6) feet and the East One Hundred Thirty- five and Six Tenths (135.6) feet of the West Four Hundred Thirty-five and Six Tenths (435.6) feet of the South Three Hundred Thirty-five (335) feet of the South Forty (40) acres of the North One-half (1/2) of the Southwest Quarter of Section No. Two (2) , Township No. Eight-eight (88) North, Range No. Thirteen (13) , West of the Fifth Principal Meridian in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa . now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-3" Multiple Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-4" Multiple Residence District as above described.
