IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA°
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO IOWA,
as follows.
The platted but unopened alley lying South of Newell
Street between Hewitt Street and Mobile Street, being
all the alley in Block 2 , Rose Hill Replat in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk. County, Iowa_
shall be, and the same is hereby, vacated.
