AN ORDINANCE VACATING A CERTAIN EASEMENT DATED
3/1/61 RECORDED IN BOOK 133, PAGE 209, OF MIS-
CELLANEOUS RECORDS OF BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA,
AS FULLY DESCRIBED IN THE PUBLIC NOTICE IN THE
WATERLOO DAILY COURIER ON JULY 11 AND 13, 1974.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
I OWA,
1. That a certain easement dated March 1, 1961 recorded
in Book 133, Page 209, of Miscellaneous Records of Black Hawk County,
Iowa, as fully described in the public notice in the Waterloo Daily
Courier on July 11 and 18, 1974, described as follows :
A certain easement for the construction, re-
construction, repair, servicing, maintenance,
or replacement of a storm sewer and drainage
line dared March 1, 1961, and recorded in
Book 133, Page 209, of the Miscellaneous Re-
cords of Black Hawk County, Iowa ,
shall be, and the same is hereby, vacated.
Passed and adopted this 5th day of August, 1974.
