AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALL OF HOWREY AVENE LYING
BETWEEN HARTMAN AVENUE AND JANNEY AVENUE IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA as follows:
That part of flowery Avenue lying between the North line
of Janney Avenue and the Southwesterly line of Hartman
Avenue immediately East of Block 15 in Hagerman Place
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is vacated.
Passed and adopted this 7th day of September, 1971.
